Is our client data safe?
Each job only gets access to the folders, mailboxes and systems it needs. Data stays in your own accounts wherever possible, and every action is logged, so you can see what was done and when.
What about POPIA?
We act as your operator under POPIA and sign an operator agreement with you before we touch any personal information. You stay the responsible party, and you decide what we can access.
What if it breaks or gets something wrong?
We monitor every job and fix what breaks, usually before you notice. When the AI isn’t sure about something, it hands that item to one of your people to check. If a job misses its promise in a month, that month is free.
Do we have to change our software?
No. We build on what you already use: your email, WhatsApp, Xero or Sage, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Your team keeps working where they work now.
Will this replace my staff?
It takes the repetitive part of their day, so they spend more time on clients and the work that needs a person. Most owners use the hours to take on more work without hiring.
How fast will we see something working?
Within 48 hours of our first call we show you your first job running on your own sample data. It then runs next to your team for one to two weeks before it acts on anything.
